Never thought of combining these two? This easy and creative Western fusion twist will completely elevate your dumpling dipping experience by pairing crispy Taiwanese potstickers with a refreshing, tangy Mexican salsa.

Ingredients You Will Need

Main: 5–6 pieces of CHIMEI pre-cooked frozen pork and cabbage dumplings (potstickers)

Salsa Mix: Tomato cubes, ketchup, chopped onions, Tabasco sauce, black pepper, olive oil, and fresh parsley.

Equipment: Air fryer and a basting brush.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Air Fry the Potstickers

Preheat your air fryer to 428°F (220°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange 5 to 6 frozen CHIMEI potstickers inside the basket in a single layer. Lightly brush the surface of the dumplings with olive oil. Air fry for 15 minutes (or 7–10 minutes if you prefer a lighter crisp) until the wrappers turn a beautiful golden brown and the edges are crunchy.

Step 2: Prepare the Homemade Salsa Sauce

While the potstickers are air frying, combine the tomato cubes, ketchup, chopped onions, Tabasco sauce, black pepper, olive oil, and parsley in a medium bowl. Mix them all together thoroughly. Taste and adjust the Tabasco for your desired level of spiciness.

Step 3: Serve and Dip

Plate your crispy air-fried Taiwanese potstickers immediately while hot. Serve with a generous side of the homemade fresh salsa. Dip, crunch, and enjoy!
