Pre-preparation

Ingredients: fragrant and chewy braised pork intestines seasoning package, white rice, eggs, garlic sprouts
Utensils: frying pan, gas stove, chopping board, chef knife

Method:
Step A: After heating the braised pork intestines in water, take them out and cut them into small cubes and oblique slices for later use (keep the marinade), as well as the garlic sprouts.
Step B: Take a flat pan, heat the pan with cold oil and fry the eggs, then add the white rice and stir-fry briefly.
Step C: Add the pork intestines and marinade and stir-fry evenly, then stir-fry the diced garlic sprouts.
Step D: Remove from the pan and place on a plate, place the oblique slices of pork intestines in the middle of the fried rice, and finally garnish with shredded garlic sprouts.
