Prerequisites


Ingredients: Chimei Wuxi spareribs seasoning package, bok choy, white rice, poached egg
Utensils: Electric kettle, frying pan, gas stove, cutting board, kitchen knife


Step A: Fry the eggs in a frying pan and set aside
Step B: Boil a kettle of hot water and blanch the Chinese cabbage (cut the cabbage in half first)
Step C: Heat the Wuxi spareribs seasoning package with the remaining hot water (5 minutes)
Step D: Place the above assembly on a plate.
