Pre-preparation

Ingredients: Chimei large cooked dumplings, Korean hot sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, mirin, white sesame, chopped green onion
Utensils: frying pan, gas stove

Step A: Mix Korean hot sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, mirin, and drinking water to make hot sauce for later use
Step B: Pour 1 cm of oil into a frying pan, heat and fry large cooked dumplings (it is recommended to defrost the dumplings first to avoid oil explosion)
Step C: Fry on both sides until colored, pour hot sauce on top, sprinkle with white sesame and chopped green onion
