Q: What’s inside the filling?
A: It’s mainly fresh ground chicken with cabbage, plus some onion and scallion. The cabbage brings out the natural sweetness of the chicken—this is a classic Taiwanese pot stickers flavor.
Q: How is it different from other dumplings?
A: Regular pan-fried pot stickers can be meaty, but usually not juicy at the same time. Ours combine the best of Japanese-style gyoza—thin skin with lots of filling, and a burst of chicken juice when you bite in. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy chicken inside. Plus, it doesn‘t add MSG for sure. Just be careful—the soup inside can be hot!
Q: What’s the best way to cook them?
A: These are pre-cooked, so you just need to reheat. You can boil, steam, pan-fry, or air-fry them.
Super quick and easy, but we recommend pan-frying for that crispy skin.
Q: Are there preservatives? How should I store it?
A: Our products are made with the idea of “cooking for family,” so we don’t add preservatives or MSG. Keep frozen at 0°F for up to one year, and once opened, we recommend finishing as soon as possible .
Q: Is it convenient for just one person?
A: Super convenient! You can cook a small portion quickly—perfect for singles, small families, or busy workers. Great as a meal, side dish, or even a late-night snack.
Q: Chicken Flavor? Does it taste good?
A: We use only ground chicken and chicken broth in the filling, so you get 100% pure chicken flavor. It’s tender, juicy, never dry, and lighter in fat than pork, giving it a cleaner, more refreshing taste.
