Chimei Foods Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") places great importance on consumer privacy and complies with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of TAIWAN (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPA"). Without the consumer’s consent, the Company will not provide any personal data to any third parties not related to our website services.

1. Duration
Personal data will be retained and used until the consumer requests cessation of use, or until the Company discontinues the provision of services, whichever comes first.
2. Region
Personal data will be used within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
3. Recipients and Methods of Use
